75-110mm Socket Fusion Welding Machine For PPR Pipe HDPE Pipe

Socket fusion is a major welding method for small diameter pipes. Socket fusion welding machine is mainly used for welding pipes made from HDPE, PPR. Socket fusion welding involves the use of a fitting. The process operation is generally manual. The welding cycle consists of a heating phase and a cooling phase. In socket fusion welding, a socket mounted on a hot plate is used to heat the outside surface of the pipe being welded. On the opposite side of the hot plate, a spigot is used to heat the inside surface of the injection moulded fitting. 

SUNPLAST socket fusion welding machine are practical, easy to handle and safe, the welding machine is available with an adjustable electronic thermoregulator (TE), or with a fixed electronic thermostat (TFE).

This new TFE control system features a new self-diagnostic device, provided with an alarm, which would alert the operator in case of anomaly; at the same time, the heating element would switch off automatically. Thanks to an algorithm PID micro-controller, combined with a platinum sensor, the temperature control system can react faster to the external temperature fluctuations, and guarantee higher reliability and longer durability.
