※ Pipe cutter

SUNPLAST can offer two types of pipe cutters that are designed for PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe & PPR pipes:

SPTC-001 model pipe cutter, which is made by Manganese Steel for blade & PVC for body, is designed for small diameter like 16mm & 20mm PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe. The main advantages are light-weigh & handy, easy for operation.

SPTC-002 model pipe cutter is normally designed for big diameter pipe like 25/32/40mm, which is made by Manganese Steel for blade & aluminum for body.

※ Pipe reamer

As PEX-AL-PEX pipe fittings are“insert-type fittings”, and to make sure the fittings can be inserted into the inside of PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe, the PEX-AL-PEX pipe’ end must be beveled & rounded by pipe reamer before installation.

SUNPLAST can supply four types of pipe reamers for PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe:

SPTR-001 model pipe reamer is plastic reamer, which is made by ASB material. This reamer can round the pipe dia. from 12-32mm, but round the pipe only, no beveling.

SPTR-002 model pipe reamer, which is also is a plastic reamer made by ASB material, can round pipe dia. 16/20/26 or 20/26/32mm. This reamer can be used for both rounding & beveling the pipe.

SPTR-003 model pipe reamer is called “T reamer”, which is made by steel body & ASB handrail. It can be used for pipe dia. 16/20/26/32mm, and same to SRTR-001, it can be used for rounding the pipe only, no beveling.

SPTR-004 model also a“T reamer”, be made by steel body & ASB handrail, available for pipe dia. 16mm or 20mm or 26mm or 32mm. It can be used for pipe rounding & beveling.

※ Bending Spring

Bending spring is used for supporting to bend the pipe. With the help of bend spring, the PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe can be bend at min. 5 times of their outer diameter.

STBS-001 model bending spring is called internal bending spring. While bend the pipe, the bending spring is put inside of pipe inside.

STBS-002 model bend rings is external bending spring. The pipe shall be insert inside of bending spring while bend the pipe.

※ Press tools

Press tools also called PEX-AL-PEX press tools, which is designed specially for PEX-AL-PEX press fittings that SUNPLAST provide.

The PEX-AL-PEX press tools are used together with pressing jaw, which is available for 16/20/25/32mm.
