PEX-AL-PEX Multilayer Pipe/Tubing For Water Plumbing & Heating

PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe, known as MLCP pipe (multilayer composite pipe), which is a innovation of single PEX pipe.

The PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe has a five-layers' structure: the PEX-b (cross-linking polyethylene) in inner & outer layers ensures the pipe can be used for hot water (the max. working temperature reaches to 95℃). The aluminum core layer in middle greatly strengthen the pipe’s intensity (The PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe can bear much higher working pressure than single PEX pipe, whose max. working pressure can reach to PN1.0Mpa), at the same time, it can reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into the pipe, which can protect the steel/brass accessories from rusting for long time use. The two layers of adhesive between PEX & aluminum layers ensure the pipes’ entirety & reliability.
