SUNPLAST PE-AL-PE multilayer pipe is a composite pipe of five layers. Both inner & outer layers are HDPE (polyethylene) material, the middle layer is aluminum core welded by overlap welded or butt laser welded method, which is 100% gas/oxygen tight. Between the aluminum layer & HDPE layer are the bonding adhesive layers. All layers are extruded in one step.

A: Yes, SUNPLAST PE-AL-PE gas pipe does not burn readily due to internal metal layer. With the test by the national fire proof construction material quality supervisory test center, the fire resistance of pipe is proved to reach grade B1 of GB 8624.

※What fittings can SUNPLAST provide for PE-AL-PE gas pipe? 
A: SUNPLAST is able to provide two types of brass fittings, which are: brass compression fittings & brass press fittings. The sizes of fittings we can provide are from 16mm-32mm.

To connection brass press fittings, SUNPLAST can also provide press tools & other accessories, such as pipe cutter, reamer, bending spring.,etc.
